I googled Chicken & Mojos and found this blog entry. The only place I have ever seen or heard of Mojos is Cape Girardeau, Missouri, where I went to college in the late '70s and early '80s. They were served at two pizza joints near campus; both places closed down over the years, but one has reopened with "Pizza, Chicken & Mojos" prominently displayed on their sign. Unfortunately they weren't open late enough when I passed through that town recently. And mojos were NOT wedges, but slices of potato battered in the same batter as the fried chicken. Very delectable side dish.
