Turns Out My Brother is a Smart Guy

October 26, 2007

Many months ago I mentioned that I was looking at real estate in Vancouver. It’s no easy process, and the prices on some properties are enough to send you running for the hills (or Surrey, if one is so inclined).

Now, after all of this time, we (Mrs. Behan and myself) might actually be buying a place, and my brother was there to help the whole way. A testimonial from one’s brother might not necessarily seem very credible to some, but I hope you believe me when I tell you that my brother, Wesley Behan is a great Realtor. If he displays half of the patience he did with us to the rest of his clients, then they’re all getting great service from a guy who really knows his stuff. (And for an older brother to say that, I must mean it, right?)

Cheers Wes. If and when we get moved in to the new place, you’ll be the first guy I raise my glass to in a toast.

P.S. I’m blogging several times a week for my new work at Strutta, so do check it out, will ya?

Well, I have always known how wonderful he is, but it’s nice to have you reinforce it. For the best of the best, call Wes.

I second this post to the nth degree. I realized pretty fast that I have no idea what to REALLY look for when searching for your next home. Thank GOD we had Wes on our side cause I, peronally, would have been lost without his help. We’re close to a deal but until the final handshake is made Wes has been so diligent about making sure it is the right decesion to the very end. All I can say is… if you’re buying, selling, or both… HIRE WESLEY BEHAN!

Wes is the best! He put up with my endless phone calls and helped make it all happen.

    Wesley Behan for president!
